We perfectly blended Norwegian Coarse Flake Sea Salt with garlic, onion, black pepper plus an Herbes de Provence blend of thyme, lavender flowers, rosemary, marjoram, fennel seeds, savory and basil.

Perfect seasoning and dry brine for beef, pork and lamb roasts, and whole or spatchcock chickens.

RECOMMENDED USE: 1/4 cup seasoning blend per 2-3 lbs of meat. To DRY BRINE, allow 18-24 hours to refrigerate uncovered overnight. Recipe link is above.
