What do you do when the entire bag of avocados you bought at Costco are so ripe you’re afraid they won’t make it another day on the counter? You make a giant batch of guacamole, that’s what! But what if you weren’t planning a giant batch of guacamole and you don’t have your regular list of ingredients on hand? You get creative. This batch is made with avocados, green salsa, chopped Microgreens, dehydrated minced onions, lemon juice and our ROASTED GARLIC SEA SALT. I may have to rethink my old recipe. This version is pretty epic!
Fresh Veggies Bruschetta Tapenade with flatbread

I love visiting my Mom. She always has a full fridge goodies from her daily culinary routine. I just opened up the fridge and pulled out a bunch of ingredients and whipped together this lovely tapenade/bruschetta topping for lunch. Also had some of Chuck’s Woodfired 3-Cheese Pizza Crust on hand that I got at the farmers market. Here’s the list of ingredients: Fresh diced tomatoes, an ear of corn cut off the cob, diced avocado, diced marinated red peppers, feta cheese, chopped pickled banana peppers, sliced black olives, olive oil, lemon juice, and DOUBLE ONION + ROASTED GARLIC SEA SALT...
